Recently, I found the following articles regarding historical directories:
- The Boston Directory, 1789 to 1900, to be Digitized and Placed Online by Dick Eastman at Eastman's Online Genealogy Newsletter (I've added those that are now online to the Suffolk County, Massachusetts page of my Online Historical Directories site)
- Also, Ancestry.com has updated their UK, City and County Directories, 1766-1946; indexed database - see New or Updated Ancestry.com Databases - November 22-28, 2014 by Randy Seaver at GeneaMusings
